Mekit Woodcraft

Terms & Conditions January 2025

Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions carefully, this ensures an understanding between Me (Tom, Mekit Woodcraft) & You (Client) to ensure fairness for both parties and to avoid any confusion.

Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 14 Days from receipt.

  • These quotations are based on prices received from our suppliers, after 14 Days these prices cannot be guaranteed from our suppliers and will have to be refreshed.

Deposits, Booking & Payments

  • A Non-Refundable Deposit of €250 is required to confirm your booking. This

  • ensures your work has been scheduled into our Diary of Works. Your deposit is redeemable against the final bill of works.

  • Payments are made in 2 parts. A Payment of 50% is required on approval of your quotation. The balance is then required before fitting commences.

  • Secure Payments: Bank Transfer, Cash & Card Payments are accepted.

  • Please note, fitting will not commence until payment or proof of payment has been received.

  • Your 50% Payment is non-refundable once work has commenced or materials for your job have been purchased.

  • Changes to your designs, which are not agreed upon before 50% payment may incur additional fees. These additional charges must be agreed by both parties and confirmed in writing (via Email or Message)

  • Drawings: All drawings remain property of Mekit Woodcraft.

  • Payments must be made directly from client

  • Design Features & Accessories

  • As standard, button knobs will be fitted/supplied. Other design options are available to purchase on request.

  • TV Bracket: TV brackets are not supplied as standard but are available on request for an additional fee; Clients are welcome to provide own. Please note that TVs are hung at client’s own risk. This must be done at time of fitting.

  • All TV and appliance sizes must be checked by client prior to finalising design.

  • All electrics, plumbing, furniture removal etc must be completed before fitting commences.

Other

  • Mekit Woodcraft reserves the right to publish and share pictures of all their work carried out.

  • Occasionally Mekit Woodcraft may send out promotional messages and/or emails. If you would like to opt out of this at any time, please let us know

  • All goods remain property of Mekit Woodcraft until payment in full is received.

  • T&Cs are subject to change, client will be informed of any changes.

  • Payment of deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
